What this website provides

https://exhibitant.com is an informational and lead-generation website. You can browse modular booth solutions, graphics, counters, and service pages; use site search; and submit quote or contact requests.

This website does not include an online shopping cart or checkout. Pricing shown on the site is indicative. Final specifications, freight, lead times, deposits, and payment terms are confirmed only in a written quote or order acknowledgment from our team.

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes related to evaluating or purchasing trade show booth products and services.

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content without permission, introduce malware, misrepresent your identity, interfere with other users, or use the site in a way that harms Exhibitant, our customers, or our partners.

Quote requests and orders

Submitting a quote request, contact form, or newsletter signup does not create a binding order or guarantee availability, pricing, or delivery timing.

Production begins only after project scope, artwork, and commercial terms are approved according to your written quote or project documents.

We aim to respond to new quote requests within 24 business hours, but response times may vary based on project complexity and show-season volume.

Customer content and approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy of information, artwork, dimensions, show dates, and approvals you provide. Delays caused by late files, incomplete specifications, or changes after approval may affect schedule and cost.

You represent that you have the rights needed for logos, images, product claims, and other materials supplied for booth production.

Intellectual property

The Exhibitant name, branding, website content, layouts, photography, and original design materials are owned by Exhibitant or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

Upon full payment under your project agreement, you receive the usage rights defined in that agreement for the deliverables created for your project.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its general content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exhibitant disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to general site content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exhibitant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Claims related to products or services you purchase are governed by the terms in your signed quote, invoice, or production agreement.
