Privacy Policy

For information we use to operate our own business, we determine its purposes and handling. When we process a client's contact lists, campaign responses, or CRM records solely on that client's instructions, the client determines those purposes and its privacy notice and our service agreement also apply. This policy does not replace a required data processing agreement or authorize a client to collect information unlawfully.

• Inquiry and booking details: service interests, project goals, budget, timeline, show name and date, booth size, appointment information, and messages
• Project materials: artwork, logos, photographs, proofs, drawings, file links, shipping instructions, approvals, and revision history
• Commercial records: accepted proposals, order details, billing and delivery contacts, invoices, payment status, and related correspondence
• Campaign information, when included in a project: business contact records, audience criteria, suppression preferences, replies, meeting requests, and reporting data
• Support and rights requests: the issue you report, relevant correspondence, and information reasonably needed to verify and address your request

Please provide only what is needed. Do not submit payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information through general forms, booking notes, or ordinary email. If a project requires restricted information or account access, agree an appropriate transfer method with us first.

Information from those sources may include a business name, role, work contact details, industry, and relevant business interests. Public availability does not remove applicable privacy or marketing obligations. If you want to ask about the source of information used to contact you, contact us using the details below.

Our website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions, including pages viewed, referral sources, and device and browser information. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and process information under its own terms.

Local storage remains in that browser until cleared or removed by the relevant feature. A successfully submitted contact form clears its saved draft, but other locally saved settings or layouts may remain. On a shared device, clear site data when finished. Clearing cookies alone may not clear local storage.

You can use browser settings to delete site data, restrict cookies, or block third-party content. Doing so may affect booking, saved work, or other features. Browser Do Not Track settings do not automatically disable every technology described here. Rights associated with legally recognized opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, depend on the applicable law and processing activity; you may also contact us directly to exercise applicable rights.

Contact and quote submissions are routed through email delivery and internal messaging services so our team can respond. These include Resend for email delivery and Telegram for internal inquiry notifications when configured. Newsletter requests are sent to our team through email delivery. Information in your message can therefore be present in our business mailboxes and internal notifications as well as in service-provider systems.

Appointment details, project messages, and business correspondence may be retained with the related inquiry or project. Sending an inquiry authorizes a response about that inquiry; it does not itself provide consent for every form of marketing, automated calling, or text messaging.

If an outreach message identifies a client as the sender or business being promoted, that client's notice may explain additional uses. You can use the unsubscribe option in the message or contact us about outreach we manage. If we hold the relevant record only on a client's behalf, we may need to refer your privacy request to that client or assist it with the response.

We do not sell information submitted through our own quote, contact, or newsletter forms as prospect lists. Research and delivery of business prospect information for a client campaign are separate activities. Whether a particular campaign disclosure is legally treated as a sale or sharing depends on the arrangement and applicable law; this policy does not waive any opt-out right that applies to it.

• Project partners such as designers, printers, fabricators, installation teams, warehouses, freight carriers, and show contractors who need relevant project or delivery information

• Parties to a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or business transfer, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements
• Other recipients when you direct us to share information or provide a valid authorization

A provider acting on our behalf receives information for its assigned services. Some recipients, including carriers, event organizers, and platforms you use directly, may also determine their own purposes and have separate privacy obligations. Their independent activities are governed by their notices and applicable law.

Keep your own copies of original artwork and approvals. We may retain working files and project history to support repeat orders and resolve questions, but the website is not a permanent file archive. Retention of project records does not transfer ownership of your materials or grant us an unrestricted right to publish confidential content.

Deletion requests may be subject to legal obligations and permitted exceptions. We may retain a limited record of an unsubscribe request to avoid contacting you again. Information in backups may remain until the normal backup cycle replaces it, subject to applicable requirements. Deleting information from our systems does not automatically remove copies you or another independent business holds.

Use care with shared devices, file permissions, and booking links. Contact us if you believe information sent to us has been exposed or misdirected. We will address any notification or other obligations that apply to a security incident under applicable law.

An opt-out from promotional messages does not prevent necessary communications about an existing order, appointment, service issue, invoice, or legal matter. If a message was sent for a client, its suppression process and notice may also apply. We do not treat an inquiry, meeting, or project approval as blanket consent to unrelated marketing.

• Objection to or restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent
• Opting out of legally defined sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, where applicable

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and, for an authorized agent, authority to act. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless we request an appropriate verification method.

We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain a denial or extension where required. Rights are subject to lawful exceptions, including necessary transaction records, legal obligations, and protection of others' rights. If an appeal right applies, reply to our decision with the subject Privacy appeal. If your request concerns client-controlled data, we may coordinate with or direct you to the client.

Where a law requires a legal basis for processing, the basis depends on the activity: responding to a request or performing a contract where applicable, legitimate business interests subject to the required balancing of rights, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing without affecting processing already lawfully performed.

Links, embedded tools, and external platforms may lead to services operated by others. Review their notices before providing information. This policy describes our handling of information and does not replace a third party's notice.
