Shipping is part of the booth plan, not an afterthought. Your project manager helps confirm what can ship, when it needs to leave, and how it should arrive at the venue.
Before production starts, we confirm your event date, venue address, move-in window, and whether the booth should ship to your facility or direct to show.
Your project manager coordinates crate sizing, labels, carrier options, and delivery timing based on the products and graphics in your order.
Many teams prefer direct-to-show delivery so the booth arrives on the move-in schedule without extra handling. When venue rules or timing require it, we can also plan advance warehouse delivery.
We will flag access restrictions, drayage considerations, and any special receiving requirements as early as possible.
